  3. Details of Sale: We will need to know the name of the Artist, Sculpture Number & Title along with the price. You will also need to provide your full contact details (name, address, phone number, email).
  4. Cotswold Sculptors Association will then invoice you within 2 weeks.  The balance will need to be paid by bank transfer or cheque by the due date on the invoice.
  5. Collection is by arrangement with the artist at the end of the exhibition.  If the sculpture has to be delivered a charge may apply.

Damage

Unfortunately, accidents do very occasionally during an exhibition and if this is the case the following procedures apply:

  1. A full refund will be offered.
  2. If the purchaser still wants the sculpture the artist will be contacted to see if it is possible to repair.  If full restoration is achieved the full price remains.
  3. If there is slight damage then a lower price may be negotiated which both parties find acceptable.

Limited Editions

Some sculptures are cast or made in limited editions, in which case we will take a deposit, and another will be made. There may be a waiting time for further editions to be produced.  The artist will advise when it becomes available for collection or delivery.
