Local members of the Cotswold Sculptors Association are pleased to present their first site specific group exhibition, set in the historic garden of Dr Jenner’s House in Berkeley.

13th April - 13th September 2025
The inspiration was an exhortation to Edward Jenner by fellow scientist, John Hunter, to stop thinking ‘What If?’, but to just go ahead, experiment and find out.
So we invited artists to be inspired by Edward Jenner and his myriad of interests, respond to the historic home and gardens and take up the opportunity and platform to try something different, and most importantly to experiment!
18 sculptors have risen to the challenge and have been inspired to experiment, explore and push themselves just as Edward Jenner did. We hope that visitors will be inspired to think differently about sculpture and enjoy the experience of looking at Jenner’s interests and achievements through an artists lens. Enjoy!
Dr Jenners’ House, the birthplace of vaccination, tells the story of the pioneering polymath Edward Jenner (1749-1823), the eradication of smallpox and his ongoing legacy of vaccination. It’s a small independent museum with around 5000 visitors each year
